Monitoring
Most devices have been brought back online and all faulty hardware has been replaced. We will be leaving this incident open as we progress through the last remaining devices. Additionally, we will continue to monitor this situation closely until tomorrow morning.

Identified
We have been restoring many of the affected devices to functional state and continue to do so. There are still some devices which fail to connect. We will be providing additional updates as these become available.

Investigating
Mobile testing services are not fully available at our Sydney location. We are working on restoring the device back to function following major hardware replacement at the datacenter. Mostly Android device are affected. Updates will be posted as we make progress in restoring the devices to functional state
